WHO SHOULD ATTEND
The Qualsafe Food Allergen Awareness (Level 2 RQF) qualification is for people who are working in, or preparing to work in a food handling, food retail or food manufacturing role

- The effects these can have on individuals
- How to control cross-contamination from allergenic ingredients
- How to provide accurate food allergen information
DURATION: 1/2 Day
DELIVERY METHODS: Open Course | On Site | Virtual (Zoom or Teams)
ASSESSMENT: 1 x Theory assessment (Multiple Choice Question Paper).
CERTIFICATION: Successful Learners will receive a personalised Qualsafe Food Allergen Awareness (Level 2 RQF) e-Certificate immediately after their results have been submitted.
COMPETENCY: More aware of food allergens, and the info you may need to provide to your customer.
