With an infectious personality and a love of all things communication, it’s no surprise to hear that Sarah is our Customer Support Manager. One of the longest operating members of the team here at PGL, Sarah has strived to provide a relaxed, friendly and yet informative level of service and who is in her element when engaging with clients and delegates day to day.

With nearly 10 years operating at the highest levels across the customer service spectrum, including many years within the competitive travel arena, we now lean on Sarah’s experience and expertise to provide initial information, advice and guidance to our customers across a wide variety of Health, Safety and NVQ provision which is a core key operating requirement and reinforces the level of assistance we hope to provide to everyone who works with us when sourcing their training needs. Sarah not only builds relationships with our customers, but works hard to work inclusively with other providers within our region to provide an optimum service.

Sarah shows a strong dedication and desire to help others when sourcing training and her ability to break down barriers and uncomplicate the complicated is a skill that shines daily.

A strong passion for equestrian, when not working Sarah will be found caring and riding her Horses, including Bentley and Trelo all year round alongside her family.
