Emily is our Administration manager who binds the whole customer service together to ensure both businesses, and learners alike, are provided with timely and accurate information. Whether that’s pre-course joining instructions, post course support or levy and funding expertise, she does it all, and without fuss or complication.

With a BSC level degree, an Award in Education and Training and team leading qualifications, Em uses her natural flair to get the job done and combines this with A hard work ethic and over 10+ years’ experience to provide unrivalled training and NVQ expertise across all awarding bodies, schemes and course programmes giving our team and clients oracle level support. With formal qualifications in Information, Advice and Guidance (IAG) her desire to help is ever present; she is engaging, amiable and a passionate advocate for our industry.

Em is undergoing further qualifications in assessment and quality assurance to match our levels of service with recognised ISO standards and to evolve PGL into the next chapter of progress and growth.

Admin is the name, but shopping is the game for Emily. A lover of all things fashion and make up, she loves nothing more than a bargain. She is a lover of animals and has a cat called Pip.
