Over 5-6 hours, we’ll cover as much as possible about the training industry that’s relevant to your role. We’ll start by exploring the learning and development sector and professional standards. From there, we’ll dive into competence frameworks, due diligence, different levels and types of training, and highlight key points you need to know.

Next, we’ll cover awarding bodies and courses—what’s what and who’s who—while also touching on cost-saving measures, budgeting, and more.

We’ll go over NVQs—requirements, cards, and everything in between. Then, we’ll move on to Short Course Grants, including GET codes, tiers, values, and how to claim. Finally, we’ll touch on Skills and Training Fund Grants and record-keeping.

To wrap it up, we invite an awarding body to join us at the end to bring you up to speed on their latest products.
