Ben is the founding visionary of PGL Midlands and has set out his journey to be the provider of choice for all aspects of Health and Safety Training and wider educational provision across the Midlands region, and beyond. His decision to start PGL was largely due to previous underwhelming personal experiences he acquired whilst continuing his own professional development and wanted to provide a more superior, learner led experience underpinned by passion and enthusiasm.

With a range of teaching and professional Health and Safety related qualifications, including NEBOSH, IOSH and CITB, Ben has attained a solid and credible level of knowledge allowing our range of clients to benefit from his 25+ years in sales, development and training.

Day to day, you will find Ben either supporting businesses to remain at the forefront of training and compliance or located here at our HQ overseeing general PGL growth and sustainability. Ben thrives on exceeding the expectations of our clients, and all of the learners who trust us with their development.

When not at the helm of the company, Ben loves nothing more than exploring the natural beauty spots and mountainous terrain the UK has to offer with his partner Lindsey and their energetic yet lovable dogs, Betsy and Buddy.
