  • Assessment: There is no assessment, just plenty of interaction and Q&A.

  • Certification: Upon successful completion attendees will receive a PGL Midlands accredited certificate of attendance with no expiry. This may also be used to demonstrate Continued Professional Development as an evidential requirement for those who may be studying now, or in the future for NVQs in Customer Service, Team Leading and Business Administration.
