Les Raine is our Training and Consultancy specialist, a true gent in the training, health, safety, and environmental world. With over 40 years of experience across several sectors, Les is a fountain of knowledge and expertise.

At his core, Les is a trainer – and his style perfectly reflects that. He’s laid-back, professional, informative, and always brings a touch of light humour to the table. Whether he’s tackling tricky topics or offering a fresh perspective on something complex, Les’s clear-thinking approach helps make even the most sensitive or admin-heavy subjects feel easy to digest.

Les holds a vast array of qualifications and is known for his ability to keep things simple, even when discussing the most complicated of issues. He delivers courses at our Birmingham and Nottingham centres, and you might even catch him on-site, either teaching or consulting with clients.

When he’s not busy with training, Les is a music aficionado. Whether it’s Snow Patrol, Prince, or something that no one’s ever heard of, you can bet that Les has it on his playlist. He can often be found at gigs around the UK or hanging out in his infamous Woody’s Bar.
